For the best possible outcome, it’s important to know what your client is doing (or not doing) between visits in order to keep them accountable. However, finding the time in your already packed schedule to check in on clients can be a challenge, to say the least. With TeleHab, clients seamlessly record videos of their sessions and self-report important details – such as how many reps they completed and how much pain they felt – so you can check in on their progress between visits, progress or regress their programs and offer additional support if they need it.

Is TeleHab really free?
TeleHab is completely free. It was free before COVID-19, it’s free during COVID-19 and will continue to be free after COVID-19. We built TeleHab to be the tool of choice for health and performance professionals when prescribing and monitoring exercise. Exercise is free, so should your exercise prescription tool.
Will I have to pay in the future?
Some features may be charged in future to cover the cost we incur to provide, however the ability to prescribe exercise will always be free.
Does TeleHab integrate with my practice management software (PMS)/Electronic Management Record (EMR)?
TeleHab currently has integrations with Cliniko and Nookal. We are working hard to add more to the list. Please let us know which software you are using at support@valdhealth.com
Is TeleHab compliant with my country’s security and privacy regulations?
TeleHab keeps your client’s data safe and secure. Video calls are end-to-end encrypted. All features are designed to meet the data protection regulations of Australian Privacy Principles, GDPR, and HIPAA.
What is telehealth?
Telehealth software provides a solution to consult your clients remotely via video conferencing. Just like an in-person consult you can give your client feedback on their exercise program after reviewing their recorded videos in the TeleHab platform. TeleHab includes the ability to video call your client. Your client will receive an email to join the call. You can add notes to your client’s profile while on the call.
With telehealth you can continue to provide a personal touch to your client’s treatment from anywhere. You are no longer restricted by location, travel constraints.
What browsers are supported with TeleHab?
TeleHab is supported by Chrome, Firefox and Safari web browsers. TeleHab may function on other browsers, however has not been extensively tested and may not display optimally. TeleHab is not supported on Internet Explorer 11.
Can I use TeleHab practitioner on a phone or tablet?
TeleHab practitioner is best used on your desktop device web browser. It is not fully supported on mobile phone or tablet devices. It is possible to sign in on these devices, however some pages may not be displayed optimally.
How do my clients access the exercise program I send them?
An email will be sent to your client welcoming them to TeleHab. From here they will need to complete their profile before using. The TeleHab client app is available on iOS and web for android or other devices
