Introducing MoveHealth
The new home for your patients’ movement health journey.
We are excited to announce that TeleHab is becoming MoveHealth ‒ the home of your patients’ movement health journey. MoveHealth inherits all the best parts of TeleHab while offering a streamlined, extended and improved experience for you and your patients. Best of all, MoveHealth remains completely free to practitioners and patients.
All the tools you rely on ‒ patient education, exercise prescription and clinically validated outcome questionnaires ‒ remain but with a more intuitive interface. And now, with MoveHealth, all your patients' data will be in one place, helping them stay engaged and on track throughout their treatment journey.

Why the move to MoveHealth?
The transition to MoveHealth reflects our commitment to providing an enhanced remote monitoring and digital health experience, both for practitioners and patients.
While VALD remains focused on providing better and better tools for practitioners, MoveHealth introduces a new patient-centered brand and platform fully integrated with VALD technology.
With MoveHealth, your patients will have access to their objective measurement results, starting with ForceDecks and DynaMo (and expanding to other VALD systems in the near future) directly in the MoveHealth app. No need to email a PDF or print out a report ‒ your patients have their data right at their fingertips.
Rehabilitation should not be a spectator sport.
By putting objective data directly into their hands, MoveHealth empowers patients to take a more active role in their rehabilitation, helping them see their entire journey ‒ from exercises to test results ‒ all in one place.

For practitioners, your workflow for creating and sending programs remains the same, and all exercise programs, outcome measures and educational content will carry over seamlessly.
Practitioners will continue using VALD Hub with the same familiar interface, centralized platform and login process, ensuring no disruption while enjoying all the benefits of MoveHealth.
MoveHealth brings added benefits to your practice.
MoveHealth maintains all the core features that made TeleHab so popular while introducing enhancements to improve usability and patient engagement:
- Exercise Prescription: Building, prescribing and completing personalized exercise programs remains quick and easy. Patients can follow detailed, step-by-step instructions within the app, making compliance easier than ever.
- Remote Monitoring: Patients' progress ‒ including completion rates, pain scores and videos ‒ is still automatically shared and visible in VALD Hub, reducing blind spots between visits and giving practitioners full visibility of their patient's journey.
- Objective Data Integration: Now, with MoveHealth, patients can access and track their ForceDecks and DynaMo results directly in the app, providing deeper insights into their performance and recovery with no need for separate emails or printouts.

These features make MoveHealth a complete platform for managing and engaging with patients' musculoskeletal health data, all in one place.
What’s Next?
MoveHealth will become available in the coming weeks, so keep an eye out for updates via email and VALD’s social media channels.
For iOS users, the transition from TeleHab will happen seamlessly with their next app update, while Android users will need to download the new MoveHealth app from the Play Store. Rest assured, all existing patient data will be transferred automatically, ensuring a smooth transition for all users.
For now, Android TeleHab users can continue using the web version. However, once MoveHealth is available, we recommend Android TeleHab users switch to the new MoveHealth app, as the Android TeleHab app will be discontinued in the coming months.
This transition isn’t just a name change ‒ it’s a leap forward for practitioners and a new era of access for patients to their own movement health data. Plus, we are not stopping here ‒ more exciting developments are on the horizon for MoveHealth, so stay tuned!
